Trouble TTC

i love my new OB and we kinda have a plan :D

In talking to my regular OB about my pcos, anovulatory cycles, pain that we both think could be endo..his plan was this: wait 3 months, try bcp's for 3 months, off and wait for 3 months..if pain/cycles dont improve do a lap to check. Indifferent

 okay...

my second opinion with a new OB that a former OB I had referred me to was fab. she was so sweet, attentive and listened to me. We are TTC, I dont want months of waiting, bcp's, waiting...although I also dont want to  "rush" into a lap etc...she gave me tons of options..and whats more is that with my insurance...she can treat and monitor me in the same way an RE would and save me $$ (RE's are much more $ on my insurance)....she said what would help me most with endo if I have it is to get pg and with the PCOS and mostly anovulatory and loooong cycles she would prefer to start me with provera & clomid (triggers eventually if needed) and control my cycles to give me more chances to get pg since more often than not I dont ovulate. I DO however think I just ovulated on my own for the first time since our loss in july so....if not pg this cycle we will move on to medicated cycles and go from there.....she was the best! I just hope DH is on board...he hates medications and all that......but we want a baby! but she said if I want a lap first we could go that route too...:) yay for plans and great doctors!
