Graco Flipit travel system

So we have this travel system and I love the car seat. However today I took the stroller out on the street for the first time and the handle broke! I mean completly broke off at the joint where the height adjusts and is hanging by a cable!

I have been in touch with Graco and so far they are communicating with me, but I wanted to see if anyone else has any experience with this stroller? I would def not recommend it for other reasons as well, but now I'm just crushed!

I hate that stroller. I don't even own it, but I used it in the store, and I disliked it... a lot. I know that doesn't help. Sorry!

It looks super flimsy. Not even sure what Graco was thinking with this stroller.

Not surprised, really. Our very first stroller was a Graco Literider, and it pretty much lasted 6 months total, things cracked and broke off frequently. Hopefully they step up and make it right for you.
