  My little one is 6 weeks and drinking 4 ounces of pumped BM. She usually drinks the whole thing. I was actually thinking of the same question.. I'm not user when to increase her milk or do I leave it the same if she looks satisfied.

  With BM, it's an average of 24 oz per day, so you can figure it out based upon the number of times she eats.  However, if your daughter is on the bigger side, she may want more.  My son is 5.5 weeks, but over 12 lbs already.  He usually eats 4 oz, 6 times a day, but sometimes wants up to 6 oz more a day (usually 1-2 oz more a few times a day).  I EP, and he's been on this amount since about week 2.5 or 3.

  I EP, and she gets, on average, 3 oz every 3 hours. However, it seems like we're in a growth spurt right now, and she can down 3 oz every 90 mins these past few days, especially at night. My LO is barely 3 weeks, but on the bigger side. We call her hoss.

  My LO is 8 weeks and has been drinking 3-3.5 oz. of BM every 3 hours or so for the last 3 weeks with a 4-5 hour stretch at night.  I've been thinking of offering her 4 to see if she'll take that much and eat less often during the day, though.

  My boy will be 7 weeks on Sunday and when he takes a bottle we give him 3oz.  He typically eats 9 times a day.

  My preemies are 7 weeks adjusted and they one takes 90-95 mls and the other takes 100-105 mls.  I EBF with the exception of the 2 bottles they receive each day for vitamins and supplements.  I usually increase their amounts every week or two by 5 mls or if it seems like they are going through a growth spurt and need more.  They eat every 2-3 hours during the day and sometimes go 4-6 hours at night.
