I did it. I SHAVED MY HEAD!
Yes, it's all gone, it feels liberating & good, and soft and apple-saucy...
Here are the promised before & after pics. Mine looks nowhere near as awesome as my AMAZING mom.

Good luck to your mom - my aunt is battling cancer right now and I know what a long journey it can be. She is having her second bone marrow transplant after Thanksgiving.
That is an amazing way to show your support!!
I am so proud of you, and I will continue to think of your mom who is undoubtedly kicking some cancer ass!!

2) that's great that you did that in support of your mom. I'm sure it means a lot to her. my dad had cancer, i know how much it sucks to see a parent go through that.
3)you look great! Welcome to the short haired team (even though my hair is short from laziness not cancer support. But still shaved nonetheless)
That is an awesome show of support for your mom! You rock! MY rival high school's water polo team shaved their heads when one of the girls was diagnosed with some form of cancer and I thought it was amazing. It made me wish I went to their school so I coud be a part of it. Keep your mom in my prayers for sure.

And the first time washing the hair was fabulous, barely took any shampoo & my scalp has never felt more awesome! All the product & dye buildup are gone! DH does love it, he's impressed by my head shape, LOL!
