My MFM made me feel better about the CF stuff!

We had our anatomy scan today and everything looks good!  We have the sex in an envelope waiting for when we hear we have healthy babies :)

 

She said, too, that if we have to repeat the amnio that a) she'd do it and toss some fluid at first to ensure no maternal cell contamination and b) we won't use Kimball.  I brought up Ambry, Ef, and she said "either way -- no Kimball!"  So phew!  At least if we have to wait longer and redo the test, we should avoid this whole debaucle.

    Great news!  Try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy and what fun you have the genders in an envelope :)  I loved my MFM group during pregnancy too!  Take care :)

    Glad you're feeling better about it and the MFM is reassuring you.  : )

    I wouldn't be able to keep that envelope sealed.  You are stronger than I however, I do understand.

    And I realized today that H and I are in a good place again -- there was a lot of tension surrounding how we've been handling this but we're finally on the same page.  So this is a good day!!
