Kind of a PSA: what court ordered visitation looks like

I know a lot of people here ask about what standard visitation looks like, and I actually found a copy online of the standard agreement that our local courts use. I figured I could copy it here, and that might give some of y'all who are just starting out an idea of what may or may not happen. Remember, this is just the standard court order. Mine actually had some amendments based on my girls being twins and their young age at the time everything was filed (3 months old).

    awesome!! definitely bookmarking to present in mediation (once we get there). my LO is young as well so i know that it'll need to be tweaked. what kind of ammendments did you make for the twins Darth considering their age at the time?
