Had a miscarriage last month started on the 23rd lasted 3 days. So no symptoms but for some reason ended up on the bump today. Just took a clear blue easy test it came up faint+ in the test window but nothing in the control window. I was using these tests last month and kept coming up negative and nothing in the control window (4pack tests) too. I'm afraid to test again because of the possible false positive... what do you think? Want to call my husband but don't want to disappoint him either if it is negative.
Did this happen to anyone else??
Re: positive in test window but no control line...??I'm scared to retest
First of all, sorry for your loss last month.
I hate to burst your bubble about your possible BFP, but if the control line didn't show, the test is not valid and therefore not a BFP. Take a new test and treat this one like you didn't even take it because the result doesn't matter.
Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
2 IUIs = BFN.

Yes, if the control is blank...buy a new test. There really aren't false positives on a working test.
