I don't know if I'm going out or not since I haven't seen the ads. I do enjoy the adrenaline rush, though, so we'll see. Not sure what could tempt me to go out and brave the crowds, though... I'm really curious to see the deals!
I have no idea yet! The only ad I've seen is Best Buy, I've got the online list but have not had time to look. It's not very often I'm in a city to be able to do them and have actually only gone out once, I am not a morning person at all . I'm pretty excited this year that a lot of stores are opening at midnight, that's more my style.
If I can find a screaming deal on a basic, small laptop that will bring me out for sure. Since we just got some unexpected money I'm going to really have to scour the ads for some special gifts for my family. They have gone above and beyond for us as a family since we got married and especially since we've had kids and we have not been in a financial position to do much for them and now that we can I would love to do something very special for them.
We've gone a few times in the past (pre kiddo), but really most of the prices aren't that great (at least not on quality items).
I've also felt bad for the employees that have to deal with the really wacky people the come out and are combative, pushy and rude. Most of the employees didn't get to spend family time on Turkey day b/c well they have to be to work at 8-9pm to open for midnight and they've had to rest to be able to stay up all night.
I also saw that there were thousands of Target employees with petitions to not open at midnight so they can have time with their families.
Not to be a debbie downer or anything

Goal this year is to go straight for Old Navy at Midnight for the whole family - last year scored jeans for myself and DC for $10/pair. Then Target with hopes to avoid the line there for stocking stuffers, I don't really care about doorbuster specials there. Both open at midnight.
Then it's off to the P-Town outlets, have to double check the open times, but as I recall last year it was midnight as well. Plan to hit Layne Bryant for my annual Bra Stock, Banana Republic, Carters, and Converse. Plus any other stores that happen to catch our eye while wandering the halls.
And last on my list is Office Depot. I've had a P-Touch Labeler on my wish list FOREVER!
And a PSA, I've been using BlackFriday.info for my resource. In addition to the Black Friday ads, they've got updates on some of the presales too via FB.

Not a debbie downer at all. I have to agree with the employees. I mean what is a difference of 4 hrs? I am not one of the crazies who waits in line for a day. I usually wait until the doors open, let the crazies in and once there is no line, then go in.
Also, with Target opening up @ midnight screws up my flow of the day/morning. Since every place I go to is in the same shopping center but now with Target opening up @ midnight and every other store not opening up until 5 or 6 am, it screws it up.
I know, first world problem here.

blackfriday.org has the Ads for Best buy, target, toysrus.kohls, walmart
bfads.net also has ad scans. They do have a forum that you can sift through that might be helpful as well.
No way I'm going out this year, I'd rather sleep in and shop online.
IUI #1 10/12/11 (Bravelle + HCG + Prometrium & acupuncture) = 10/26 BFP! Beta #1=250, Beta #2= 615. 1st u/s 11/8.
Me!!!
Well, DH too. We plan to go to Target to pick up some things.
Cost Plus for ornaments
PetSmart for some items for our cats and I pick up extra things and donate it to our local animal shelter.
I think that is it.
