Oh Lord, help me. His new obsession! He's been awake for SEVEN HOURS. Every time I put him in there he plays possum for a minute, then I watch him on the monitor climb the crib.
I know he's just going to do it and there's no way to prevent. How do I keep him in if he gets interested in climbing out? He's already putting his feet through the rails and trying to stand up higher. I need to stay one step ahead of him! We have no bumpers whatsoever if that helps. He nails his head on the rails every day and doesn't seem to care. Rockhead.
Re: Standing in crib...
His crib is dropped though right? So he can't actually try to climb out yet? They do make crib tents that zip around so you can do that when you need to.
Yep it's lowered but he seems to poke out dangerously high already! When he's a year old I'm sure he'll be climbing out. Maybe we have a super short crib?
He sticks out this much already. I guess I just think one good pull up and he's over.

I'm glad she's not out yet!

When we went on vacation we ask for a hotel crib but ended up not being able to use it. We put her in it and she was about to go right over the side. It was much shorter then our crib at home.
Good luck. Hope he doesn't get out anytime soon. Having a climber is fun, huh?
