  • I have taken a chill pill (and Taytee took my car keys). I'm still the same weight - BUT I updated my measurements. I have lost 1 inch on my thighs, and 1/2 inch from my hips.

    I'm going to account the lack of weight loss to the gain of muscle. And then I'm going to flex my quad.

    I'm doing better than I was on Wednesday. I gained 1 pound this week, and the only thing surprising about that is that it wasn't more. I went grocery shopping and stocked up on healthy food. Oatmeal for breakfast, turkey for lunch. And I really enjoy that. BACK on track!

    Food: 5 Ive been making decent choices without going overboard. If I go overboard Ill get burnt out, so Im comfortable where Im at.

     Exercise:3 I worked out three times so far this week, and they were all good workouts. I think I need to up my cardio though. This weekend Im on the lookout for a HRM for a better reading.

    Motivation: 5 Im great ... but Im nervous about Thanksgiving and being with my family for 4 days. DH and I are going to talk about it tonight so that he can help me stay on track. Ive already planned on packing my oatmeal for breakfast, and there is usally freshfruit and veggies around so Ill just try my best to eat those before everything else ;)

  • Food: 4- Y'all I even resisted the movie popcorn last night at Breaking Dawn.

    Excercise:1- I need to come up with a plan for this...  Suggestions? 

    Motivation: 5- Still really high!  I'll be curious to see if I've lost more tomorrow when I weigh in.  ::fingers crossed::

  • My only goal this week was to journal all food. I didn't have any exercise goals, so I won't rate myself on that...

    Food: 3

    I recorded everything and definitely found that it kept me from grabbing leftover Halloween candy or sneaking in a treat before bed, so yaaay for that. But, because of my weight, I have been allotted quite a few calories. I'm working on filling that calorie goal w/ healthy choices rather than letting myself eat trash just b/c it falls in the calorie range.

     Motivation: 2

    I'm not motivated. That's pretty much the problem. But, I'm tired and I think I have the winter blues. 

    Carry on w/ that flex, OF.

    Exercise? 3 (didn't do my 3rd day of C25K today b/c i had to be at work at 7:30 and hubby was super tired from a long week at work and didn't want to make him get up any earlier than necessary but I'm promising myself I'll do it tomorrow

    Motivation? 3

  • AW!!!  I weighed in this morning and I lost 3.4 pounds this week!  :)  I'm down 12.2 total.  :)
