I'm suffering from a few issues TTC. Currently, planning for a hysteroscopy or laparoscopy on Dec 9th to remove a fibroid in my uterus and cyst near my ovary. Additionally, my specialist has been prescribing Provera to induce my period (just had blood work back yesterday and the nurse said, "...your body isn't gearing up to do much of anything...". I have had really regular cycles for ~5 years (what I think is from running) and he thinks I may not be ovulating. My current weight is normal at 115 5'4".
After this surgery takes lace, he has suggested I start trying Clomid. But I'm wondering if anyone else has heard of some natural remedies to help induce ovulation?

I would ask for a referal for an RE if you're even considering Clomid. It needs to be properly monitored and many OBs are quick to just hand it out and send you on your merry way.
Also, check out www.fertilityfriend.com and the tutorials and look into charting to find out if you're ovulating. You said you're having "regular cycles," but I'm wondering if that was a typo if he's saying you may not be ovulating. Charting would be the way to find out what your body is doing. Also, check out Taking Charge of Your Fertility. There's a link to the book on Amazon in the newbie link on the Trying to Get Pregnant board.
Good luck

Sorry, I meant irregular cycles. Not regular.
I have already been referred from my OB to a fertility specialist who will oversee this surgery as well as all of these other activities.
All of this was very well put.
Educating yourself and finding a doctor that specializes in fertility will give you the best chances for success.
Good luck to you!
