  Even better!  Then you can avoid the argument over Stuffing the Turkey vs. Not Stuffing the Turkey.   I'm ready for the annual fight and am not afraid to pull out the "it's my kitchen, therefore we do as I say!"

  Wait, you thaw the turkey now for next Thursday? My US Thanksgivings always consisted of catered work events, so there was no cooking. Also, I like ham, can anyone FedEx me leftovers??

  No freeze-thaw stability experiments for me either. (Had to say it that way being a biochemist). We are ordering in all the food - can't cook with two little monkeys jumping around.
