  Um I've been eating it for 18 weeks LOL.  Usually it's made with pasteurized milk at least the kind I eat is...and if it's in a toasted sandwich then you're good anyway!!

  if the package says its pasteurized its ok....I have eaten plenty of it this pregnancy and ever other one (even in Italy which some may have not been pasteurized SCOLD ME! LOL)  I actually have some in the fridge and was thinking of making a caprese salad

  Yeah my doctor told me all soft cheeses including fresh mozz. I am going to have it heated in a panini so I think that will be ok. I asked the place if it was pasteurized but the guy didn't speak very good english and didn't understand me. I think I should be ok. Thanks again.

  Yes ladies, ALL soft imported cheeses are normally NOT pasteurized. As long as it's made here in America it should be ok.

  I ate some the other day.  It was delicious.  And the day before that I had a small glass of red wine.  I am a bad mother.
