When I first started to work out, I started with Hip Hop Abs (cheesy, I know, but still gave me a beginners cardio workout). Now, I'm doing the 30 day shred. It got me in shape when I was preparing for my wedding so I figured it could help get me back into pre-pregnancy shape.

I like Jackie Warner's DVDs. One is Time-Saver Training or something. It has 15 minute segments of arms, legs, and abs. Or you can do a complete work-out in 40 minutes. Those 15 minute segments are a work-out! I am sore every time!
