Anyone else have a problem with Piddle Poddles customer care?

I ordered and paid for 2 newborn cadillacs back in September or early October. They were to be shipped on October 29th. It's November 17th and I haven't received anything. I've emailed them twice asking about the status of my order - no one has gotten back to me. Considering they are newborn diapers and LO is set to make an appearance soon, I'd really like my diapers.

Is this out of the ordinary for Piddle Poddles, or are they notoriously slow?

Dec 17: IVF #1 = Puregon 200, Menopur 75, Orgalutran, Suprefact trigger due to OHSS risk | 22R, 18M, 16F, 10B frozen  
Feb 18: FET #1 (medicated) = BFN
Mar 18: FET #2 (natural cycle) = CP (beta 1: 54; beta 2: 0)
Apr 18: FET #3 (natural cycle) = cancelled due to missed ovulation
Apr 18: FET #3 (natural cycle) = BFP! Beta 1: 201  Beta 2: 585 Beta 3: 3254 Beta 4: 9715 U/S 19May - one bean measuring on track with a HB of 125!

    I think the CS is really hit or miss. I know some ladies on here have had some issues with ordering. I love my Piddle Poddle Cadillac, but I haven't order any more because I have heard such mixed reviews about the CS.

    Yep.  My one and only order from PP was some hip snap covers.  After about 2 weeks of not getting them, I emailed her.  No response.  After a pretty nasty email, threatening to start a paypal dispute, she finally responded that she had just put them in the mail.  It took me over a month to get the dang things.  Never again.

    She's notoriously and consistently slow.

    She's slow, shady, and the diaper suck! I LOVED the diaper the 3 times my son was able to wear it, but when it came out of the wash the third time, the stitching on the soaker came completely undone. Her diapers are a complete waste of time and money.

    I love our Cadillac diaper that we have from her and got right when we were supposed to. It sucks that everyone else seems to have had a bad experience. Hope you get your diapers soon!

    Honestly, if you ordered late September/early October I'd file a PP dispute today. You are coming up on your 45 day limit. You may have already passed it.

    Seems we're in the minority which is a shame.  I have 4 Cadillacs (with one on the way) and have never had an issue with CS or the quality of her diapers.  In fact they are the only WAHM AI2s I trust.  None of the others work for us, these fit him perfectly and never once have they leaked or wicked.  I will say they do take a long time to get, but I always know that up front when I purchase them.

    Sorry your experience sucked!  Hope you get your diapers soon!

    I know this is a little late, but we LOVE our Piddle Poddles and I have always found them to have great CS.  We have 8-10 of them and have had no issues (we use these and GroVias).  I sure hope you get your diapers soon (or have already). I believe they are worth the wait!
