3 weeks post C- stabbing pain

before anyone says it I am calling the doctor's office as soon as they open in a few minutes.  Last night I was caring for one of our twins that we got to bring home from the NICU last night.  I bent down to get something and felt a STABBING pain, very localized, to the right of my belly button probably halfway down to my scar. 

I was still feeling it when I got in bed, and it's come and gone intermittently since then.  Does this sound like typical healing for a c-section? I had it on 10/28.  Thanks ladies...

    yup, normal, it occurs when you contract the muscles around the area.  I actually sometimes still get it after 2.5 years.....

    I hope you did call the doctor.  I think any pain that gets worse is a bad thing.  I had suddenly worse pain a few weeks after my c-section and then suddenly had my incision open up.  I hope your pain is normal, but call the doc anyway.  :-)

    That is where I hurt the most the entire time I healed. Even now, a year out, I still have occasional soreness right there. I feel like there's some kind of internal stitch line there because I can feel a bump threw my skin (now that I'm thin again!)
