Ergo?

Ok, I bought this and it's been a disaster.  C HATES it, unless I put her in it when she's already asleep.  Maybe I'm not putting it on right - if you use this, is your LO's legs curled up in the bottom?  Do you use the little attachment part?  Where is your LO's head?

TIA!

Re: Ergo?

  • are you using the heart to heart insert?  my little guy didn't like it too much at first but now he is getting used to it, lol he has no choice being a second baby it's that or be in the car seat when we are out.  with the insert i make sure his legs are curled up in front of him.

  • I tuck my DS's legs up to his belly rather than spreading them apart. He likes that better. We are using the infant insert. He loves it because it keeps him warm and snuggly. His head is about even with were the back of the carrier itself ends. I fold down the infant insert when he's awake so he can look around but he still has quite a bit of head support. I agree... I would watch some videos on YouTube. Those can be really informative too!

  • DD was not a huge fan when I first tried it (around 3wks I think?). She just seemed too small and slumped down in there, even with the infant insert. But with a couple weeks of growth she seems to fit MUCH better and is pretty content in there and will fall asleep pretty quickly. I keep her legs 'frogged' in front of her like the ergo instructions say to
