  I am EP-ing as well. But I only produce about 50% of her supply. So each bottle is 50/50 BM/Formula. I pump about every 3 hours, give or take a little bit and for about 15 minutes each time. ( Once my milk stops flowing, I give it about 5 minutes more just so )
  

  She eats between 3-5 ounces each meal. I have noticed the longer she sleeps, the more she wants to eat at the next meal. She lets me know when she is hungry. Sometimes she sleeps about 3 hours at a time, sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more. At night she is much more fussy and is usually 2-3 hours at a time.

  She is a month old. Formula was hard to figure out. She started on Enfamil Lipil then Enfamil Newborn then Enfamil Gentlease. Nothing was working well for her. So, we switched to Gerber Good Start about 5 days ago. Tremendous difference. I hate having to try and switch formulas so much but nothing was working well with her body.

  I have seen 3 LC and the pedi and everyone said I am doing great. Whatever BM I can give her is most helpful.  Hope this information was useful to you. I know I felt like I or my body was doing something wrong for the longest time.

  I usually BF, but we do pump on some days when DH wants to feed and/or I have to be somewhere..so I'll answer

  How often do you pump? On days that I'm not able to BF, I pump every 3 hours

  For how long do you pump? 15 minutes (few minutes after last drop)

  How old is LO and how many oz. does he eat at each feeding? 4 weeks, 3 oz

  How often does LO eat? Every 3-4 hours

  Is he sleeping more than 2 hour spurts at night? Yes, 3-5 hours

Every 2-4 hours during day then only when LO is up at night...although I sometimes skip the 2am one.For how long do you pump? 15-20 mins...I massage/squeeze both boobs while pumpingHow old is LO and how many oz. does he eat at each feeding? 2.5 weeks and mostly 3ozHow often does LO eat? 2-4 hoursIs he sleeping more than 2 hour spurts at night?   I was EPing while DD2 was in NICU and had a great milk supply. When we got home, I began trying to BF. She is BFing soley now without any bottles and I am still having to pump to relieve engorgment.

  Here is what I did when I was pumping:

   How often do you pump? Every 3 hours. I pumped on the 12, 3, 6, 9 hour so it was easy to remember. I would not miss a pump. Sometimes I would be a little late if I got busy but I would asap.
  

  For how long do you pump? 15 minutes double pumping
  

  How old is LO and how many oz. does he eat at each feeding? LO is 4 wks. While she was in NICU, she was eating 1-2 oz. Now, she takes about 3-4 oz.
  

  How often does LO eat? While in NICU, she had to eat every 3 hours. For the most part she stays on this schedule. At night she will eat 2-3 feedings, then crash out for about 6 hours.
  

  Is he sleeping more than 2 hour spurts at night? Yes. Read above answer.
