I'm roasting a pumpkin whole right now for dinner. Can I fish the seeds out after, toss with olive oil and maple syrup and throw them back in for toasting or do I need to start with them raw? I guess I could go pull it out of the oven and swipe the seeds but that sounds like a pita.
