Next to where it says 'silver poster' or 'newbie' or 'gold poster' there's a little speech bubble that pops up if you're online.
Though, it pops up if you're on The Bump, The Nest or The Knot, so she may be talking about ribbon wands or alot of many napkins and not lurking here specifically.
