nausea and fatigue which is worse?

Does anyone have remedies for chronic nausea and chronic fatigue. My two babies are really getting me good on both levels. 7 1/2 weeks in!  Next week is my last with my fertility specialist and then I get discharged to the care of my OBGYN. WOOHOO!!!

  • Congrats on having twins! As to your question - both are equally hard on our bodies. Rest when you can - even 20 minute naps here and there do help! Find small snacks that don't bother you to help keep queeziness at bay. But keep your water/fluid intake up there - it will help! Congrats again!

  • Ginger helps some people - ginger snaps, ginger candy, ginger ale...

Sour candy and/or lemonade helped me. DP bought these (though I don't think they were much different than any other sour candy.)

  • Ooooooo, sour candy... Preggie pops were my favorite, and they definitely helped me.

The good news is that a lot of women feel MUCH better (not so tired and no more nausea, or at least not as much) during the second trimester. That was certainly the case for me. Hang in there - you'll have the most precious, amazing prizes for going through this! Smile
