I'd try that-my mom said I was the same way, but if she 'wore' me, I was happy. She even still has my snugly, which btw looks so unsafe compared to all the fancy carriers out now!
I've also heard good things about the ktan-we got one, and I tried it out with a Teddy bear, but haven't put dd in it yet. It's like a moby but easier to use supposedly-she might like it because it feels very snug, like someone is holding them in their arms.

I sent the k'tan back... It was way too confusing. I feel like you need a special degree in baby stuff, a college degree just isn't cutting it, I feel like such a moron trying to put things together and figure them out!

Glad I'm not the only one! I used my cabbage patch babies to "test drive" and told DH that I KNEW there was a reason I'd saved Baby Lisa and Baby Marybeth...he looked at me like I had 2 heads
Ugh glad we are not the only ones. DS will barely let me sit him down for more than 5 minutes without screaming his little head off. He is just now getting used to the boppy. But still not for very long. He hates the swing. I don't think the bouncy seat is comfortable to him yet. I finally went and god a babybjorn. Which I love. He passes out almost immediately in it. My only complaint is that I have a bad shoulder so wearing him for long periods of time is not an option. Hoping that a moby wrap will be easier on my back. I can't wait to be able to sit him down so I can shower or do other things around here. Love the boy, but I can't do anything unless he is strapped to me, haha.

I know! ThnKfully my baby nurse was really good at all that-she figured out how to fold my uppababy stroller, helped a very frustrated dh put the pack in play togethher, and coached me on putting on the ktan-although I still don't see how I'm gonna get dd in it-she moves a lot more than a Teddy bear!
