My mom just called. She was at an appt. when she got a call from my dad. He went to the dr. b/c his heart felt funny and when they hooked him up to the EKG, they took him over to the ER. She was on her way there, so I don't know what's going on. Can I get some "nothing that can't be medically repaired and back to new" dust? I'm kinda freaking.

thanks, y'all. agran- that's it, exactly. it's really hard to be down here when i really need to be up there right now.

i got a call from my mom just a minute ago and they can't get his heart to have a normal rhythm. they've admitted him and are just going to keep an eye on him. i guess the good news is that he's awake and is having no problem communicating w/ his doctors and nurses.

in other news, my mom was supposed to come into town on friday. i know my mom is still going to want to come- b/c she's crazy like that. i've already out a bug in her ear that she should probably stay closer to her husband
