Home with E tomorrow

Long story short...Emme was complaining this afternoon that her tummy itched. I thought it was because she had a wool blend sweater on so I didn't think anything of it. We went down to SIL's house for dinner & celebrate family birthdays tonight. 20 mins before we were leaving Emme turned over on the couch and started puking. I rushed over and grabbed her and ran to the sink. After she was done and I was cleaning her up she started crying. God bless her, she was upset because she got some on the couch and we needed to clean it up. She was more worried about the couch than the fact that her clothes were covered in puke. 

So tomorrow I get to stay home with her and hope this was just due to something she ate and not some stomach flu thing. I feel like I should have listened to my gut & the mommy voices when she was talking about her tummy itching. If I had, we probably wouldn't have gone to SILs and potentially exposed their 1 month old to something. I had off from work Thursday and Friday so my 4 day weekend just turned into 5.
