Hemp Lotion for Eczema

I have read that Hemp Lotion helped adults with eczema.  Is hemp lotion safe for babies?  I have read mixed reviews.

I would like to stop using the steriod cream that was prescribed by the doc.

    California Baby Calendula Cream!!!!  It worked miracles for LO's eczema.  I apply it in the morning and before bedtime and I never have to use steriods anymore.
