So now that we are almost 1/2 way through the month. What are your lo's birth vs 4 month stats.
Birth 7lbs 1oz (25%)
4mth 11lbs 7oz. (8%)

We're not quite to 4 months yet, but I'll play anyway, since we went to the doctor last week.
Birth: 6 lbs. 7 oz.
15 weeks: 11 lbs. 1 oz.
I replied in your other post, too, but I'm bored and still trying to avoid those brownies!
Birth: 7 pounds 5 ounces
4 months: Unofficially 10 pounds 1 ounce (0.3%)
DD doesn't have a 4 month exactly stat, we're off by a couple of weeks. But, I have 3.5 month stats. Don't know the percentiles because I don't care so I don't ask, lol.
Birth: 7lb & 20.5"
3.5 mo: 13lb 12oz & 24"
Her appointment was a week after her official 4 month but close enough...
Birth: 8 lb 8 oz & 19.5"
4 Months: 18 lb 14 oz & 26.5" - above the 99%ile for weight & length
Holy healthy baby!! That's what DD weighed at a year old. And I seriously don't mean any disrespect, I LOVE big babies, I just don't have them myself.
Yeah, she is a healthy baby and looks it! I love that she is growing and healthy but I am a little sad she had a lot of cute 3-6 month and some 6-9 month fall/winter outfits that were only worn once or twice before they had to be retired!
DS1 was 17lbs at 1 year DS2 is 15lbs at 4 months lol
he was 6.1 at birth
Birth: 8lb. 2oz. and 22"
4 Months: 13lb. 13oz and 25"
Parker isn't 4 months yet, but I want to play (I'm bored).

He is just over 3 months now (was born August 5th, but due in July...) I'm guessing he is over 16lbs and 26"? He's a big boy, but he isn't chunky, just solid. Most people think he is 6+ months when they look at him. Can't wait to find out his measurements on December 5th!
Tristan was 6lbs 2oz/17.5 " long at birth
and 4 months he is 13lbs 7oz
EDIT: and 25.5" long (70% for height)

4 months: 16 lbs 8 oz and 25" (they measure differently than the hospital) it's 95-97 percentile and 75 percentile respectively.
the only thing the poor girl got from her daddy is his big head! 17 1/4" (greater than 97 percentile lol)

unofficial 4 months (we have a pedi appt. on Friday I weighed her and measured her at home myself) 14 lbs and 24 or 25 inches
DD#1 at 21 months is 22 lbs and 30 inches
DD#1 was 6 lbs 14.5 oz and 18 inches at birth!

Just went to the dr today.
DS clocked in at 14.5 pounds and 26 inches tall.

He looks like an 8 month old. LOL

Last week: Approximately 14 lbs!!!

DS2 has his 4 month appt next week but we were at the doctor's office for something else last week.
Birth: 9lbs 15.5oz 21inches long
3m3w: 17lbs 11oz - they didn't do length but they will next week!
DS1 was 10lbs 5 oz at birth and at 2 years is 31 pounds. How is DS2 more than half DS1's weight at 4 months!?!?
Had 4 month appt yesterday.
Birth stats: 7lbs 13oz/ 21.5 inches long.
4 month stats: 15.6 lbs. 24.5 inches long. He is long and lean
Birth: 8 lbs. 1 oz (59th percentile), 21.5"
4 months: 18 lbs. (93rd percentile), 26.5"
He was VERY skinny at birth. Now he's in the 93rd percentile for height and weight, and 95th for head circumference. At least he's proportionate.
Birth: 7lb 6oz 18.5"
4 mo: 18.2 lb (98%) 25" (80%)
I think she's gained .5- 1lb since then though!
