OMG SERIOUSLY?! stereotype rant

My sister's stepmother just started emailing me on FB harrassing me for being "another unwed mother" and saying all this BS about "go ahead and collect your food stamps and welfare." WTF I don't collect food stamps nor welfare. I have a good job and support my daughter myself. I pay for her insurance and everything else. Why do people have this stereotype of single parents?!!??!!?

I'm spitting mad right now.

    I think its cool when crazy doesn't like me. It means we have nothing in common. I figure this stepmom fits this scenario. In true nest/bump fashion, I feel bad for her kids and husband :)

    I would be mad too. If it isn't too much you can get a restraining order against her. Also, Idk how you keep quiet. I would totally tell her off but I know that's not the mature thing to do. I hate this stereotype. I myself am a single mom, yes I get health insurance through the government but otherwise I pay for everything myself. I guess most ppl assume cause were single parents we can't take care of ourselves or our kids.

    She is SO CRAZY. I have seriously never talked to this woman in my life! My sister's dad has been dead for like 4 years. She was mad because my sister's FB said something about her hubby, and her stepmom went off on her saying you're only allowed to say hubby when you're actually married. I commented and said it's okay, I call SO hubs all the time. Then the harrassment ensued.

    I couldn't resist. I told her off and then blocked her.
