Medi-Cal and Midwives

Hey there, I hope someone here can help.

DH was just laid off his job two weeks ago. We've applied for unemployment and also Medi-Cal. I'm searching for providers associated with Medi-Cal and came across one licensed midwife. Has anyone used Goli Minagar, licensed midwife? I can't find any ratings for her, but really had hoped for midwife care as opposed to an OB. I was surprised to find any midwife listed with Medi-Cal. Would love any feedback. Thanks!
