....and ate a Snickers bar today. I've been really trying my best to avoid chocolate. I may be paranoid, but I feel kind of guilty. Anybody else have that happen?

I wouldn't feel guilty. It isn't like that is all you are eating. You deserve to have a chocolate bar every once in a while. But I feel guilty a little when I think I am eating too much or not eating something right.
It's your body and as long as you are feeding yourself and your baby then you should be fine.
Why would you feel guilty about chocolate? DS is practically made of chocolate, it was all that I craved with him. Before pregnancy I didn't care for it at all.
I felt SO guilty after eating different things when I was pregnant with my first. I felt like I was harming him by not eating perfectly healthy stuff 24/7. I indulged in ice cream and fast food occasionally & rarely ate a vegetable (it made me SOOO incredibly sick!) But, he turned out just fine lol. I've decided to relax during this pregnancy & eat whatever I can hold down haha. I had an m&m McFlurry for dinner last night!

I had an m&m mcflurry last night too, but it tasted like bacon for some reason and I couldn't eat it! I was gutted lol

It could be because this LO is my first and I've never been pregnant before I feel relieved, though-- I've been super careful with my diet, but it's good to know that an occasional Snickers won't do anything crazy.
