Anyone have a nanny?

DS currently attends an in home licensed daycare but she won't have room for 2 infants come September...I am thinking a nanny may be more cost effective and easier that 3 in a center. Does anyone use a nanny? How did you find her and if you don't mind sharing, what do you pay (either avg hourly or weekly).

    I don't have a nanny but an afternoon person who helps us.  I found her on care.com.  I will admit the membership fee originally turned me off but I liked that I could get more secure information.
