Ok, people. We need to get motivated again. I am the worst offender, but when I logged in today for the first time in three days I saw that there are others like me who have fallen off the wagon. One offender hasn't logged in in over a week. I don't want to call her out, but her name begins with blue and ends in street and sounds like twomeat.
Let's rally, people. Let's get in there. I gained 1.5 pounds from last week and at this rate my 'spensive jeans aren't going to fit me anymore!

I'm here! Kinda. A lot of ladies have done great. Me, not so much. I get very discouraged knowing I intake less than 1500 calories a day and cannot see any weight loss but I now know I have something else going on. I'm kind of in a waiting period trying to not gain weight. I have steadily gained weight for the last two years but I've finally been able to stop that. I don't know if it's staying under 1500 calories or change in medication. Possibly both. I will be starting a Candida detox either the first week in December when I return from a week long conference in Vegas or right after Christmas. There was no way I could do a detox while in Vegas for a work conference for an entire week.
The holiday season will be hardest so if we can stay strong and at least not gain weight through the holidays we will be one step ahead come January.
WHA?? You lost .5 pounds last week, woman. You are the big winner! You are doing great! And you are right. Let's not gain during the holidays and we'll be good to go!
I'M WITH YOU! I've been a little discouraged after seeing that damn app say, "If every day was like this, you'd weigh <4 lbs less> in five weeks" ... and have say, three weeks pass with not even a .2 weight loss. I wouldn't think that a Champagne Sunday would kill an entire week of good eating. YOU LIE, MFP!

okay i'll be honest. i've been eating about 50% more than usual for the past few weeks including an entire bag of mint m&ms this week and i haven't gained an ounce and at this point i am essentially tempting fate to see how much i can cheat until i gain something. my oven was out of my kitchen for 5 days and i went a little nuts.
yes, i'm pretty much playing with fire. i have no idea what is going on with my body and at this rate i'm planning a week of smoothie 'detox' to get off this crazy train. i'm actually starting to feel like crap.
I've gained 106 pounds from last Monday..I'm surprised that it's not more!
I'm back on track today even though I don't want to be. It's crazy how once you start eating bad all the time, that's all your body wants and oatmeal and yogurt don't sound good anymore.

i'm ready to rally!! thanks for the kick in the butt. i didn't track at all last week and didn't work out either. i did run race for the cure yesterday though.
and this week i have work events every day at lunch so no working out and then i head to va for thanksgiving for 10 days. so my goal is to eat reasonably and try to not gain any weight!
Ive had a couple of touch days.. I didnt even log my food on Friday it was that bad. I think AF is coming today so I feel it, and the scale showed it. Im up 2 lbs
I tried to talk DH into jogging with me in the evenings, and I didnt get an overall warm response, so we will see. Ill still be hitting up the body pump class at my gym, I just need someone to work out with and the emotional support.
I have all our meals planned out for the week ( I love skinnytaste so much) and went grocery shopping yesterday, so no excuses!
MFP has seriously been what's kept me going. It kicks SparkPeople's arse!
I've also been sans oven for over a week now and it's killing me. Pizza for dinner, even without the cheese, it no bueno for caca. I guess the good news is, I didn't gain this weekend! Back on to weight loss for today!

I've fallen off the calorie-tracking wagon, which makes it so much easier to cheat and lie to myself about the amount I'm actually consuming. DH bought those huge HEB cinnamon rolls, and I only had one out of the whole batch, which is unheard of for me, but that one was 450 calories!!! Getting back on track today!
I also "ran" the Race for the Cure yesterday, and today's soreness tells me just how out of shape I am. I need to get out and jog more, but right now my possibly broken foot is very angry with me. I'm getting frustrated with it. I have a 5-miler on Thanksgiving and hopefully a half-marathon in January so I really need it to get better already!
The scales are teasing me. I keep jumping up and down by 2.5 lbs, and I mean exactly 2.5 lbs for the last week. Weird.

I actually lost weight in houston, which is shocking. We didn't eat out much. I was down 5 yesterday morning, but we had DSs family birthday party yesterday and I was back up 1.5 pounds this morning, and that was with no dinner to speak of yesterday!! HA!
I'm super motivated, and I just went grocery shopping so we can have a yummy meal tonight.
