Wooden Marble Runs?

Does anyone have one?  Have one you've got your eye on for Christmas or birthdays?

Andrew is crazy for building stuff and blocks are a little iffy because Cooper is still in a stage where knocking them down is waaaaaay more fun than anything else.  Since Andrew could leave it for days this presents a slight conflict ::Sigh:::

I love that there are so many options to configure the runs and think the motion would, potentially, help them collaborate a bit more.  The one I really like is pretty expensive though ($50) so I thought I'd see if anyone had any opinions, advice, recommendation ect.

Re: Wooden Marble Runs?

  • No advice, but I LOVE those. We have a plastic set in my classroom that is probably one of the #1 toys kids want to play with. DH's grandpa made two of them out of wood when DH and his sisters were kids. I think those are at my in laws' now. I can't wait for our kids to be big enough to use them!

Thanks for the feedback.  It's good to know that it's such a popular toy, that alone makes me feel better about the price.  As the boys get older I'm certainly getting pickier about what takes up space in my house Big Smile
