November IVFers aka Cycle Buddies

It seems there are quite a few gals who will be starting IVF right around the same time. This will be my first cycle so I don't know about you but I could use all the support I can get, especially since my DH will still be away when I start stims.  What do you think about starting a mini-group so that we could do daily check ins and offer each other some encouragement and support? Name suggestions?

TTC February 2008 to October 2008 One year forced break due to OIF deployment #2
Resumed TTC in October 2009 HSG, Hysteroscopy, S/A all clear
Five total medicated cycles and IUI #1-3 = BFN and all while we were still "unexplained IF"
25 August Lap revealed Endo, adhesions and blocked left tube
September 2011: Femara + IUI #4 (IUI #1 post endo removal) =BFFN
November: IVF #1: Stims started 11/16 ER 11/25 (7R, 5F) ET 11/30 Transferred 2 beautiful expanding blastocysts +HPT 12/6/11
Beta #1 at 9dp5dt=153! Beta #2 at 16dp5dt= 4009!
Ultrasound 12/30 showed one beautiful heartbeat! EDD 17 August, 2012

Hazel Evelyn arrived 10 August, 2012!

Surprise natural BFP March 2015. M/C at 5 weeks

    This is my first cycle also, and I would love something like that!
    Mom to Eliott Alexander, born sleeping at 37 weeks on 8/13/10. Most of us only dream of angels - I held one in my arms.

    TTC #1 since 4/10
    1/11 SA analysis normal/HSG all clear - Unexplained IF
    Cycle #13 first round of Clomid + IUI (150mg) = BFN
    Cycle #14 - unmedicated = BFN
    Cycle #15 - 100mg Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN
    Cycle #16 - 100mg Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN
    Cycle #17 - Gonal-F + Trigger + IUI = BFN
    Cycle # 18 = break before IVF
    November IVF = BFN December/January IVF = currently in 2WW
    Gave birth to boy/girl twins in September 2012!!!

    I start lupron on Wednesday and stims a week after that.

    Count me in! I start Lupron on Tuesday and very nervous about the whole thing. If things goes to plan I will know if this journey was a success right around Dec 31!

    Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
    IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
    IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
    Thought it was the end of our TTC Journey 6/20/2012
    SHOCK BFP 9/28/2012: IT'S A BOY! and everything is normal !!!!!!

    Little A born 38w 2d on 05/23/13 and is a true miracle for this IF Vet!

    After 22 cycles and 4 failed IUIs, Serafina joined our family through IVF/ICSI, born 8.28.12
    Our surprise baby, Juliette, is due 12.8.14!

    It's my first cycle too.  Baseline on Wednesday, should start stims on Saturday.  Love that there are a bunch of us!!

    I'm useless for name suggestions!

    Love it! I am in :) I could use all the support I can get going through Thanksgiving and all the family stuff without a glass of wine. Hmm...Not sure on a name. Let me think about it.

    I started stims on 11/9...and hoping for ET around Thanksgiving.

    My baseline appointment is tomorrow for IVF#2.  I should start stims then, but maybe not until Wednesday.  

    How about "Thankful IVF Cycle Buddies" or "Turkey Day Cycle Buddies"? 

    My ER and ET should be right around Thanksgiving.

    Married April 2010 TTC since ME 37 (DOR) DH 27 AMH 0.16 FSH fluctuation 30/6.2 SSH Clear Taking DHEA BCP 8/17/11 IVF #1 start 9/3/11 - Follistim (225),Lupron,and Lo dose HCG Converted to IUI only had 2 follies :( BFN BCP 9/28 IVF 1.2 start 10/11/11 - Follistim 450 + lo dose HCG
    Converted to IUI only had 1 follie :( BFN BCP 11/3 IVF 1.3 start 11/13/11 - Follistim (300)+Menopur+Dexamethasome - Made it to ER:) but not ET:( embies stopped growing day 3 IVF#2 new RE Estrace 12/8 adding in Provera 12/23 until 1/1 menopur,follistim,dexamethasome,ganerelix ER scheduled for 1/17wewBFFN w We are pursuing donor egg. 8/20/12 Had hysteroscopy to remove polyp but found that i have a t shaped uterus. Don't be discouraged. It's often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock.

    Love it!  This is my first IVF as well and i'm not totally down with all the lingo yet lol, but I start my first set of injections the 19th and on pace for the week after Thanksgiving weekend :) 
    Image and video hosting by TinyPic 36yrs old starting first IVF cycle November 2011 - ER 11/29 17 eggs / 16 ICSI / 14 Fert - day 6 ET 12/5 Transfered 2 perfect blastocyst already starting to hatch, 9 to freeze! 1st beta on 12/13 8dp6dt = 4 2nd beta 12/15 = 14 3rd beta 12/17= 23 4th beta 12/19 = 8 / Surgery to remove a uterine fibroid 3/12 then implanting our snow babies fall of 2012!

    this is my first IVF as well.  Just started Lupron on the 9th.  I would love to be part of the mini-group.

    IVF/ICSI #1 12/7/2011 = BFN
    IVF/ICSI #2 1/31/2012 = BFN
    IVF/ICSI #3 March 2013 Cancelled
    IVF/ICSI #4 5/30/2013 = BFP
    EDD 2/5/2014.  Baby Girl Born 1/21/2014
    FET #1 1/29/2016 = BFN
    IVF/ICSI #5 11/10/2017 = All Freeze.  Not able to access one ovary
    FET #2  4/10/2018 = BFN
    FET #3  11/10/2018 = BFP - Miscarriage
    IVF/ICSI #6  3/17/2019 = All Freeze.  PGT 
    FET #4 9/10/2019 = BFP

    I'm kind of on the front end of the november group, but I did start in November. Can I join you? Looking like a retrieval this week and a transfer early next week.

    Dx: DH - Azoo, Me - Mild PCOS
    DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
    Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
    IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
    FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo
    IVF #2 + CGH = 4 genetically normal embies on ice. FET September 26th
    SAIF/PAIF always welcome

    I should ER this week and ET early next week. Likely running direct into Thanksgiving and we're hosting this year. DH is handling....

    This is my first IVF cycle and I'm on the long lupron protocol, starting stims on November 22, with ER projected to be December 4 or 5. 

    GL to all of us, whether  it's the first or a later cycle. 

    TTC since 3-08 IVF # 1 Dec 2011 BFP DD born at 31 weeks 6-24-12

    FET #1 Dec 2013 BFN

    FET # 2 Feb 2014 BFN

    No more frosties

    IVF #2. September 2014

    PGD yielded 2 perfect 5d blasts

    SET November 9, 2014
    Nov 23, 2014. Another BFN

    Not sure where to go from here.

    I started my cycle last week. We're looking at an ER around next weekend and ET the week of Thanksgiving. There seems to be lots of us - good luck ladies!!

    That would be great.  This is my first IVF, and to say I am nervous would be an understatement.  I start stims this week, depending on when AF shows (probably around Wednesday).

    Hysteroscopy 3/2011 2 Polyps removed 4/2011
    DH on Clomid / Arimidex to address hormonal issues - Sperm found July 2011!
    IVF #1 September 2011 - ER 9/8/2011- 8R, 5M - icsi - 1 made it to transfer - BFFN :-(
    IVF #2 Lucky November 2011 - ER 11/25/2011 - 15 eggs!, 13 mature, 10 fertilized with isci - 7 made it to transfer! Transferred 1 - 8 cell and 2 - 7 cell. BFP!!!!
    1st U/S - Twins! 2nd U/S - 3 heartbeats!!! - HOLY COW!!!
    Prayers for our take home babies!
    2 babies born on 3/27/12 and lost. Last baby born on 3/29/12 and lost at 20 weeks.
    My angels grew wings shortly after birth.
    Ahava Raisel, Matisyahu Nissim & Zev Chaim - Mommy and Daddy will always love you.
    IVF #3 July 2012 - ER 7/17/2012 - 10 R. 5 F. 4 made it to ET
    Transferred 2 on 7/20/2012 no snow babies :-(
    Beta on 7/31/2012 = BFMFN
    A miracle gift expected to come to us through adoption around 9/2012
    Baby girl adopted - Birth Mother changed her mind and took the baby back
    IVF #4 October 2012 - New RE. Doing PGD Testing. 8 R, 7F, 2 made it to 5 day blast for PDG testing. Both Normal (Thank you G-d!!!) 1 boy and 1 girl
    transferred one beautiful 5day blast (girl)
    Please G-d the almighty one - let this be our take home baby!
    Beta #1 158, Beta #2 318, 1 Absolutely magnificent HB at 175! Thank you G-d!!!

    I'm in!  I go for my baseline on 11/23, and start stims on 11/25.  This is our first time trying IVF but I feel really good about it! I lost 20 lbs while waiting for this cycle to start!  I am anxious and nervous all at once.  I'd love someone to go through it with!
