Gentle exfoliant for face or what moisturizer do you use?

What do you use that is gentle to exfoliate your face? I use moisturizer twice a day but will have little dry flakes on my face, I think I either need to exfoliate or use a richer moisturizer (or both). Just curious what everyone on here uses, just looking for some ideas. Thanks!

I use Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Scrub (blue tube). Very gentle, no retinoids or other active ingredients, just little scrubbing balls in it. I use their oil-free moisturizer with sunscreen.

I use the Mary Kay micro-derm abrasion kit.. It's not a good as the real thing, but always leaves my skin so soft!! There's a special moisturizer to use afterwards as well!

I use plain brown sugar as an exfoliant, moisturize with Cocoa Butter (the one in the tub) at night and us Oil of Olay as a daily moisturizer.

I have dry skin (especially in the cold), and I use Olay Regenerist Daily Regenerating Cleanser and Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moistrurizer or Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew Daily Regenerating Serum.

Olay's Beauty Fluid is great too!

Clinique is my fav! I do like Mary Kay stuff - but take the online quiz at Clinique.com. On the left at the top there's a drop down menu to take the quiz. It told me what to get since my facial skin is changing so much now. I love it!
