Brand new and Pregnant

I am new to the bump! Married about 9 months and just found out YESTERDAY that we are pregnant! We weren't TTC but we are still happy. I did the calculator and it says I'm about 5 weeks along. Now what??? I know I need to make an appt with my Dr.

    Congrats!

    Yes, make an appt with your doctor. Don't be surprised if they don't want to see you anywhere from 8-12 weeks. There's really not much they can do at this point from a medical perspective.

    Congrats!  Start taking some prenatal vitamins right away.  You need 800mcg of folic acid daily.  The over the counter ones are fine, just dont wait until your Dr appt to get them.
