I don't want to take anything, but I'm all stuffy and it's making my head really hurt. Would nose spray to clear me up hurt anything? I'm so paranoid now. I don't want to screw this up IF by some chance a fertilized eggie is making it's way to my ute.
Re: nose spray in 2WW?
Maybe just use saline spray? It's safe for tiny babies and is just salt and water.
You could also just spend a lot of time in a hot steamy bathroom or soaking in a warm bath. That helps my nose more than any medication.
Oh good call on the saline! I have that, so I'll try that and some tylenol. Thanks! I only wish I could stand in a hot shower right now, but I'm working all day and our floors just got finished so there's a heavy coat of dust over everything, which I'm sure is not helping my poor nose.
If you are still stuffed up on Monday call the acupuncturist. Dee Ann can help you without medicine.
Hugs and prayers in the 2ww!
I already have an appt on Monday.
Dee Ann is my new BFF. We tight.

I love her too! She's amazing, and much cheaper then therapy.
I owe her our pregnancy with Andrew.
Nothing in the 2WW matters as much as people on the bump want to think it does. Unless you're talking about radiation or chemotherapy like Methotrexate (the shot given to induce a miscarriage with an ecptopic pregnancy) or Plan B Birth Control . Nose spray is acceptable while pregnant for most practitioners.
Women who do heroin in the 1st trimester are still capable of having a normal baby if they seek treatment.
fwiw, i took nasal spray during pregnancy when i was sick. the nurse told me it's not the ingredients in the med that's the concern, it's the possibility of getting addicted to nasal spray and using it throughout pregnancy just because you're stuffy, but not sick.
so i'd most definitely use it in the 2ww. take that for whatever it's worth to you, but i'm also a pretty liberal pregnant chick.
good luck!
I love this information.
Makes me feel so much better about the pitcher of mimosas I drank the day before I found out I was pregnant with DS.
me too! but for me it was the mexican martini...
