I just found out I'm pregnant and have been soooo tired. I typically exercise 3x/wk and eat healthy enough. I'm going to TRY to stay around the recommended weight gain during my pregnancy (we'll see if it happens once cravings kick in) but don't know how I'll be able to do so if all I feel like doing is sleeping or laying on the couch! Has anyone else had similar experiences and have any insight?

Have you asked your doctor about the hot yoga? Some don't recommend it, esp. during first tri, as its prolonged exposure to high temps. (See, e.g., https://yoga.about.com/od/prenatalyoga/a/firsttrimester_2.htm)
