3 Carseats in Toyota Corolla

I am so happy to say that 3 carseats fit in the back seat of our Toyota Corolla S!!!!!  I really didn't want to buy a new car or a minivan.  We have a Sunshine Radian, Britax Marathon, and Graco Snugride.  All 3 fit (barely).... but it works.  Our trunk is empty, and we have a roof rack for storage when needed.  YAY!!!  For those of you who don't think it is possible to fit your three children in a sedan, or don't want to spend any more money on a new car, there is hope!

    this is why I chose the Sunshine Radian XTSL because it is slimmest and all steel frame.  I originally registered for the Britax Advocate (w/3 side impacts) but with the Chicco Keyfit30 I don't think it would fit good....and I drive an Explorer.  So when LO needs to be in a convertible seat we will get another Radian XTSL

    I also have a radian, marathon, and snugride but in my Chevy Eqinox. We'll need to get at least one more radian when DS2 is ready for a convertible.

    Is your Marathon rear or forward-facing?

    Is anyone else astounded by how freaking much the Radians weigh?!
