I got to talk to my RE about the plans for my next cycle. He was willing to do an FET with my 2 frosties but gave me poor odds for success since one was a 5 cell with some fragmentation... I think he wrote that one off 
and he felt that left me with only about a 10% chance then for that cycle?
He would like me to do a fresh cycle with a change in protocol and is helping us make it happen financially, so we agreed to do go for it. The next confusion is the timing - we are waiting at least one cycle (Nov). The nurse said to call on my next CD1... and that I would be doing BCPs again but then doing Lupron 2x a day in addition to the stims. What protocol does that sound like?
The other issue is timing around the lab's holiday shut down... my next AF is due around Nov. 30th, and it puts me right on the brink according to the nurse. So depending when I start AF, I may be able to start IVF#2, or I might have to wait another cycle until Jan. That puts me really close to my 40th bday...
Sigh... just more to the rollercoaster I guess. Any help on the protocol is appreciated!

DE FET#1 ET 3/1714; BFP, beta 1 3/27= 197, beta 2 3/31= 1586, beta 3 4/7= 13879!!
First u/s= Twins with HBs at 6w2d! We are Team Pink x 2!!

Throwing this kind of factor in makes me insane. As if there weren't enough things to schedule around...I can't help on the protocol, I will be taking Lupron but not sure if it's 2x a day since I can't get myself to that point in the cycle.
Good luck with the timing, hope AF shows herself when you want!
McIrish, I am so glad you are getting away!
My microdose flare was a little different from McIrish's. I was on BCPs for almost 3 weeks, got AF and then started Lupron 2x day 3 days after I stopped the BCPs. Stims started two days after Lupron started.

DH: low count + very low motility; hormones all normal; Sperm DNA Frag. test = poor to fair; male karyotyping normal
Me: FSH 13.4 + AMH 0.26 + hypothyroidism; Scratch the hypothyrodism (?); Blood clotting and immune panel all negative; endometrial biopsy normal
IVF #1 (MDLF - Jul/Aug 2011): BFN (9R, 5M, 3F with ICSI, 3dt of 1 10-cell grade 2, no frosties)
IVF #2 (EP-antagonist - Sep/Oct 2011): BFN (6R, 4M, 3F w/ ICSI, 3dt of 1 6-cell, 1 7-cell, grade 4s, no frosties)
DE IVF #1 (shared cycle - June 2012): c/p (6R, 6F w/ICSI, 3dt 1 8-cell grade A- and 1 7-cell grade A-; no frosties)
DE IVF #2 (shared cycle with new donor - Nov/Dec/ 2012): - BFP!!!!! 12/14/12. U/S on 12/27 shows twins!!!!!

Same decision over here. If this IUI does not work I was going to possibly do IVF and the timing puts me when the lab stops retrievals for like 10 days. I have appointment next week to ask what do we do if I start the whole process and then the lab closes. Someone said they put u on pills for the week but doesn't this mess things up?
What did you doc suggest? If you start and the lab closes what happens?

brdwaybabytoo, I guess when I do get to CD1, they will figure out the calendar from there and know if I should start the process or wait another cycle? Or, maybe they will "start" but just do the BCPs for longer?? I don't honestly know... It does add an unknown element to a process that already feels a bit out of our hands as it is. Ugh!
I will just think about McIrish's massage and island getaway to help me relax in the meantime. And the wine!! ;-)

IVF#2 started stims 11/4/11 - same protocol, increase in concentration of HCG, added CoQ10, no response, cancelled on CD 12
12/2/11 began accupuncture; Break in Dec. Next cycle anticipated in Jan.
