  I'm in Central MA, I'm not a first timer but I wouldn't mind starting a meet up. I have a 16 month old and I'm 30 weeks pregnant. 

  Also, check out the "Mothers & Company" website (they're located in West Boylston) they have a "new moms" group as well as lots of other pregnant/new parent groups you may be interested in.
