So, I am 7 months prego. I have managed to only gain 7 lbs and I have a feeling of not being pregnant anymore. I only know Im pregnant aside from my tiny bump that the baby moves sooooooo much. I have been trying to come to grips with being a single and pregnant mother but its hard. I do not know if this is stress but, I have been feeling extreme pressure in my "no no place" and it hurts at times to walk, I have to wobble especially after sitting for 10 minutes or more. It even hurts to climb into my bed, which I have to climb up in as it is pretty tall, so am I, but it's become harder to get in it. Is that normal? I just feel like I am too small to be having such discomfort or maybe that is why...Any similarities with you women? With all this discomfort, will the baby come early? Is it possible she has dropped, which is what is causing all the discomfort? I do not have an appointment till the 21st, my first of bi-weekly appointments, but at times I feel like I need to go to the ER because the pain is just blah and it puts me in such a stink that I feel as though something is wrong, I do not feel balanced.

Re: Hummmm...stress
If you're having that much discomfort, go ahead and call your OB and see what they say. Sounds like all the normal aches and pains of being that far along though. Oh and they just get worse.
Don't worry about the size of your belly. That has absolutely nothing to do with the size of the baby.
Fastest year of my life.
I would call your Dr., and go into L&D if the pain is that persistent. It could be nothing, but I had the experience of baby being so low that he was constantly putting pressure on my cervix and my OB was concerned that this would contribute to early labor. As a result of this combined with preterm contractions and a risk of a shortening cervix because of a LEEP procedure, I was put on bedrest for 4 months.
If it does turn out to be nothing and baby is just lying low in your pelvis, a maternity support belt does wonders. GL!
I had terrible pain with my first in my hips and butt area as well as my pubic bone. I saw a physical therapist who was able to relieve some of the discomfort but mostly I had to wait till delivery for it to be gone completely (and it did go away). balance issues are par for the course, as is stiffness and waddling after you've been sitting, and difficulty getting from one place to another (into and out of bed, off the couch, out of the car...).
I am about 29 weeks and am also feeling a lot more pressure down low when I'm walking around. I think it's just the weight of everything. my appointment was this morning and everything looks fine with me and baby.
sounds normal but a call to your OB would never hurt. ask about stretches you can do or possibly a physical therapist or chiro that might help.
GL!!
