Cervical Length at 30 weeks with cerclage

I have a cerclage and am pregnant with a singleton.  I have a growth u/s tomorrow as well as a cervical check and am wondering what is a normal length for 30 weeks.  Two weeks ago my cervix was measuring 4.2 cm long

    At my 30 week appointment, my doc said they really like to see 3 cm or more, but as long as it is over 2.5 cm they will take it.

    Mine measured 2.1, and the rest is history.

    I am on my 3rd cerclage (only 15 weeks now) but my cervix was always nice and long with my other two pregnancies (not the case w/my first that we lost and missed the shortening length too late)...I can't remember exact #'s at 30 ish weeks but I don't remember it ever being lower than 3.5 and up to 4.5 ish.

    4 is great. Mine was around 1.7 at 20 weeks when I got my cerclage. It never got longer than a 2.3

    I had it removed at 36 weeks and had to be induced at 37 weeks duee to high blood pressure!

    I heard that around 3 is great. Mine was a 1.7, bleah! Hang in there mama, you are in the home stretch!

    My cervix was 0.7cm at 20 weeks so they did an emergency cerclage. I'm now 26 weeks and as of Wednesday, the cervix was 2.5cm. So I'm guessing yours is looking great!
