Random question - have you tried introducing soy lately to Aiden? Kate was retested in september and her RAST was around .51 (it used to be 4 or 5). I just bought some bagels that have soybean oil, so I am going to start there tonight. Nervous!

yes. About a month ago and if it was up to me, i'd continue but DH is way too nervous and thinks a little rash will kill him. He's getting a small tiny rash on his chin and sometimes a diaper rash (even though i think the chin rash is from something else). His levels were around the same as yours (level 1)..
We also did bread with soybean oil and letchin. I think that's a pretty safe start.

awww thanks!!! i'm so glad you can use some of the recipes. I really need to try to focus more on main course meals instead of deserts though.
