Natural Birth

One more post...Has anyone seen the new TBOBB films?

There were a couple of screenings in my area but they were all of the film with the celebrity moms. I'm really interested to watch the one on VBACs and the one where they go to The Farm.

You can order or download them today https://www.thebusinessofbeingborn.com/

Re: One more post...Has anyone seen the new TBOBB films?

  • I haven't but I did read the article TIME had about them. Of course their "skeptical OBGYN" did the review. She talked a lot of crap about them for promoting "dangerous" practices and for "misleading people" but then at the end quickly said that there was nothing inherently unsafe about any of it. Confused

Here's the link to the Time review.  I didn't even hear about TBOBB until I saw this post, and now I 'm excited to see them!

Thanks for the link. Some people get up in arms that the film is one sided. Duh, it is a documentary. But I think it explains things in a way that is very easy for the masses to understand. It is a good movie to share with skeptical DHs or your parents (unless your Dad is not the naked lady birthing movie type guy :-) ). And since I had what I now know was a unnecessary c-section followed by a rough recovery my bias supports the film's bias.
