Its my work week Friday and I am glad for that, but this day is dragging.

I am on day 5 of the 30DS, and moved up to level 2. Ive been doing it in the morning, so I have a ton of energy these last few days, then I crash right about now.  Lets play a game or something...anything...to keep me awake!

    Bored here too. What is 30DS?

    Tell me about what you have done for LO's party.... ideas? I need some motivation...so drained these days lol I think being bored at work makes me tired :(

    30DS is the 30 day shred, a tough work out dvd from Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser. It is kicking my butt!

    Is work still slow for you? That stinks.

    Well, I have a binder of my ideas for LO's bday. Yesterday I looked into the local community center, as an idea for having her party there. We have about 50 ppl on our list, and I have not gotten a list for H's side yet. *sigh*  I know they won't all come, but I'm afraid a lot of them will, and my house is not huge. We cant exactly go outside either. Not sure what I am going to do! Party will be Jan 7th, maybe I will do open house style.

    I'm doing the chilli bar, with all the fixings. My FIL is making home made corn bread, and my mom will make regualr home made bread. Not sure on anything else food wise. I am hoping to get a cupckae tree for Christmas, so I will do cupcakes as the dessert in bright blue  (Cat in the Hat Theme) I will probably do sugar cookie favors for everyone with the number 1 on them. I'm also starting to get a power point thing together with pictures of LO from when she was in my tummy, my babyshower, to birth and beyond.  Im going to have that running on our big screen, if we have it at home.  Im getting the cat in the hat book "Happy Birthday To You" and I will ask everyone to sign it and put a note in there, to give to LO as she gets older.

     

    Most of my ideas are stolen from trolling the internet, or people on this board. lol

    Did you decide where to have your party? How many ppl?

    Yes, I told you guys that we reserved it back in June!! I am not sure how many people will show up but we're inviting around the same number as you are...

    And do you have pinterest? That's where I store my ideas.... I can tell you more of what I have done and want to do. I love decor stuff but they are all so expensive so I want to make them. I am off from Nov 22 until Jan 2 and DD's party is on Dec 10th (long story but basically the weekend before and after her bday is Christmas and New Year's Eve, Dec 28) and the two Saturdays before Christmas was booked by 3 places we looked at so we pulled it back to Dec 10th. This works well though so no big deal about that anymore lol
