Ladies - please help! Gift ideas for pregnant friend

My really good friend is pregnant and I haven't seen her for a long time but am planning on visiting her this weekend. She did a lot for me while I was pregnant and DH was working in London so I want to get her something she'd really like (baby related) but am drawing a blank!

Later on in her pregnancy I plan on donig a spa day with her but as of right now, I want to take a gift, I guess, when I go visit her.

Any ideas would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you!

How far along is she? My friend brought me this book/journal and a bottle of fake sparkling wine right when I found out I was pregnant and I thought it was really cute. DH and I both loved the book and even ordered the next one for when the baby is born.

She's around 20 weeks - I thought of journal too but I know she's got one already.

yupp but they are the right size for ultrasound pics and have a spot for sayings like 1st tri 2nd tri or It's a girl.
