Can you share your story here? I would love some reassurance as tomorrow can't come sooner. I had spotting with DS (implantation bleeding), but it was only for a few days and light. They did have me do HCG serum tests a couple of times, which obvioulsy rose and then I didn't have anymore bleeding the rest of the pregnancy. This is really freaking me out, since it is going on 6 days and Tues and Wed I bled a bit more (more than a couple spots, but not a need for a pad or tampon) after exercising.
Thanks!
Re: If you had bleeding/spotting in your pregnancy with a positive outcome
I had some spotting with DS1 in the beginning but nothing like with DS2. With DS2 I had bright red bleeding about 2x/week until 16 weeks and then it finally just stopped. My OB thought she saw a sac of blood between the chorionic membrane and my uterus (a subchorionic hematoma, maybe? She never labeled it as such but that's what I remember popping up with my google search) and said that the blood would either re-absorb or bleed out. I had to go in for growth checks to make sure DS was growing appropriately, and all was ok. After 16 weeks I didn't have any other issues with the bleeding, thank goodness.
I hope all is fine with you! Good luck!

With my 1st pregnancy, ZERO bleeding. With this one, I was about 7 weeks and woke up in the middle of the night with my underwear and sheets soaked in blood. I freaked out and was sure I had a m/c. Went to the OB and no heartbeat but we weren't sure if it was too early or not. Waited 5 days and baby was growing in there!
Then a couple weeks later I had a lot of cramping and then a ton of blood (I had walked around SF all day), I mean enough to soak a large pad and there was clumps of stuff. I definitely thought I had a m/c at that point, but went in for an u/s and baby was happily floating away in there. It was incredibly strange. I do have a bicornuate uterus, so the doc thought that had something to do with it, but we really aren't sure. I did have some spotting for a few weeks after that, but after about week 18, no more bleeding. Good luck tomorrow!
