So both of the little ones are sharing a room for the first time tonight, and all I hear are raucous giggles and shrieks of laughter. It is so sweet that I am just choosing to ignore it for awhile. At 9 it will be a different story, till then enjoy kiddos. I know I am.

How'd it go?

The girls took a while to settle in when they first started sharing a room - lots and lots of giggles and lots of DH going and saying "go to sleep!" Which totally didn't help, just made him feel better.

It went OK, DS eventually just conked out around 8:45, a little late, but not unreasonable and DD decided to move to another area of the floor and read a story and shortly thereafter, 9:15, fell asleep. The two of them occasionally play together, but I have never heard so much hilarity between them before. DS *loves* DD, but DD doesn't have quite the same devotion for him. It was nice hearing them interacting so positively.

Ah night two, I went upstairs to check out the hilarity and DD was in the crib with DS wearing the sheet like a toga. Good times I tell you, good times.
