  • I really doubt it but you could check the package or their website to be sure. I would bet the cookies & the cream both contain some sort of dairy.

    I couldn't believe it when i found out they are dairy free.. I'm just waiting until my Lo can finally have soy ;)

  • They are dairy free, and just 10 years ago they were also soy free. Really hope DS outgrows the soy allergy because Oreos were a must in my house before.

  • We just retested for everything, including soy, which came back negative AND we passed the soy challenge... so we've been all over Oreo's recently!

  • Oreos and Nutter Butters. Yuuuummmmmmmmm Also one of the generic brands of Vanilla Wafers.

  • Yes they are. The filling is just powdered sugar and shortening.

    Also, for future reference you can look for the kosher label that says Parve

    Kosher foods are required to be milk and meat separate so many kosher treats (such as cakes and cookies) are dairy free and will have the Parve symbol.

  • Kinnitoos are also a great Oreo substitute and are dairy and gluten free!
