So, I'm at almost 9 weeks and on the first two u/s they couldnt' see two sacs, just one. My OBGYN says not to worry because it could still be forming or that it could be too thin for their U/S to detect. I go back for another U/S on Monday, which will be 2 weeks since my last one. Has anyone had a similar experience with their twins? I'm not sure if I should begin to get concerned or if I shouldn't worry about it?!?!?
Re: 2 babies one sac....anyone have experience?
No experience but, wanted to say welcome and congrats to a fellow Dallasite! Buckle up, it's a wild, wild ride that doesn't stop.
: )
Thanks, I'm having a hard time getting excited because I just want to get this mystery figured out. If we're having MOMO twins, then I just want to know, so we can begin to prepare. If not, same story, ya know?!?!? Don't get me wrong, I couldn't be happier to have twins on board, but I just want to know what we're dealing with.

Thank you guys, for the positive feedback. It's scary enough to think about having twins becacuse of the elevated risk involved. I can't wait to scratch this possiblity off of the list!
good luck, try and relax and take care of your self, that is all you can do right now. but as *benz2010* story shows who knows what they will see in the next appointment.... i cheered for *benz2010* !! you will have lots of support as you wait to learn more.
congrats on twins! get some rest!
My first ultrasound was at 7 wks and no membrane...one was never found but I was able to deliver 2 healthy boys. A mono/mono pregnancy is scary but my boys are proof that with monitoring an propr prenatal care it can have a hppy ending.
I REALLY hope a membrane is found and as previous posters stated..it is very early.
Thanks guys!! I'll keep you all posted. U/S monday!!
